Our team’s installation of a full-height turnstile, utilising either a keypad or fingerprint scanner transformed the nature of the facility overnight. Enabling Odin Gym to transition to a 24/7 operation, allowing members to access the facility at any time without requiring staff presence. Combined with our Membership Management Software, it meant for the first time that day passes could be purchased online, eliminating the need for in-person sales and further streamlining operations.
The next piece of the puzzle was the revamping of Odin Gym’s website and implementing a bespoke Mobile App for members. Previously low-traffic and with limited functionality. We leveraged our in-house expertise to create a website to serve as a sleek, user-friendly hub for both members and potential customers.
Fully integrated with our systems, it now allows for a streamlined join-up process and referral options, allowing previously unimaginable automated versatility and flexibility.
