If you’ve recently been informed that your gym payments will be collected by Ashbourne Membership Management, don’t worry. Here’s everything explained…
We’re instructed by your gym or health club (who are our valued customer) to collect this money from you (their valued member) on their behalf.
We are pleased to inform you that with immediate effect we will be processing your recurring card payment for your club as they have switched provider.
There is nothing for you to do as this is an automatic process. You will now notice, your bank statement will show payments to Ashbourne Memberships.
There is no need for you to complete any new payment instruction, we will handle all the financial side of your membership. Please be assured this change will not affect the service you receive in any way, nor will it change the way in which we will collect your recurring payments.
