Ashbourne launched in the early 90’s, spawning from the realisation that I was one of the few members at my gym honouring a monthly direct debit payment. The service was simple, we managed contracts for gym owners and ensured that members were paying their dues each month.
Over the past 25 years, the company has come a long way. Our core business of payment collections has evolved into an all-in-one gym management solution including a complete software package, support team and even turnstile installations.
As we have done since the start, we continue to develop our products alongside gym owners. We strive to make the lives of our customers easier and their businesses more efficient and profitable.

Unlike other direct debit collection companies, Ashbourne also provide a complete integrated gym management software system. All the software a gym or health club could need. Our system has a real-time link to a members payment status meaning no uploading of data or cross-referencing saving clubs time and money.
Ashbourne will provide each club with 500 customer branded membership cards included or upgrade to a biometric fingerprint reader. We simply charge a fixed fee per direct debit that goes through the system.

Our systems take the hassle away from gyms with their payment collection. We become the clubs customer services department dealing with member queries and payments. Our software system means that the clubs will know the payment status of everyone in the club and that everyone’s payments are up to date. Our software will also assist the club owner knowing who is or is not using their gym so is great for membership retention.
