One key aspect of any Ashbourne partnership is our system’s ability to interface with a gym’s access system, allowing for a seamless and secure entry process for each and every member, each and every day.
We use a membership card scheme made possible by Ashbourne. Members swipe in at the front desk, their photograph comes up and whether they are fully paid up or not!

What had previously been an involved process had been reduced to a simple swipe, saving time, eliminating the potential of an unpleasant customer and staff experience, all while protecting Quest’s revenue.
And our direct debit payment collection service is now something Ryan knows he can rely on, taking a vast chunk of admin and worry off his plate.
Ashbourne direct debit payments are very, very simple. We get paid twice a month. The money is transferred directly into our account. We get an invoice a few days prior, with a list of who has paid and who hasn’t. It allows us to monitor our members effectively.
It is a feature many of our independent gym and fitness club partners love and Ryan is quick to point out the value and peace of mind that this clear, consistent and most importantly, accurate look at the gym’s financial situation brings to the business.
So we know where we stand financially, which helps us plan and budget for our future development. It is probably the best part of the Ashbourne system.
