We’re instructed by your gym or health club (who are our valued customer) to collect this money from you (their valued member) on their behalf.
We are pleased to inform you that with immediate effect we will be processing your Direct Debit for your club as they have switched provider.
There is nothing for you to do as this is an automatic process. You will now notice, your bank statement will show payments to Ashbourne Management Services. You would have been text or emailed your membership reference, which will also appear on your bank statement.
There is no need for you to complete a new Direct Debit Instruction, we will handle all the financial side of your membership and you will continue to enjoy the full benefits of the Direct Debit Guarantee as detailed below. Please be assured this change will not affect the service you receive in any way, nor will it change the way in which we will collect your direct debits.
